Expedited Shipping Quotes/Services
Through our catalog, you can now get an accurate expedited shipping quote before checking out. In order to
get the shipping quote, simply add the desired item(s) you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Once the item(s) are
in your cart, you will see a Shipping Estimate box below your items. In order to get the quote, simply type in your zip code
and then click the update button. Your shipping options, along with a quote will be displayed for you along with a order
subtotal (please note that all Texas residents will be required to pay sales tax). If you are happy with the subtotal
and wish to make a purchase, simply proceed to the checkout!
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as we can (typically between 24-48 hours of your order). However, sometimes an item may not be in stock at the time of your order or we may have a question
about an item you ordered. If you are interested in using an expedited shipping method, feel free to email us to make sure the item(s) you want
to order are instock and ready to be shipped. Please checkout the http://www.ups.com website for complete descriptions of each shipping method they offer.
Shipping to A Separate Address Other Than Your Own
If you wish to ship to another address other than your own, simply add the address into your account profile. When you are
at the shipping address screen, you can click the "change address" icon, then select the address from your profile that you
wish to ship to. Please note that YOUR BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE THE BILLING ADDRESS FOR THE CREDIT CARD YOU ARE USING. Failure
to have the correct billing address may result in a DECLINED transaction when checking out.

At this time we DO NOT allow orders to be picked up - NO EXCEPTIONS.

16 lbs= All bowling balls will be shipped with the weight of 16 lbs, regardless of the

15 lbs= 2 ball rollers
20 lbs= 3 ball rollers
25 lbs= 4 ball rollers
40 lbs= 6 ball rollers -
this is considered an oversized shipping item

05 lbs= shipping weight of all shoes
Returns
Returns will only be accepted on unused/undrilled equipment within 30 days of your purchase. If
there is a defect with a product that you have ordered, you will need to consult the manufacturer for warranty
information.
We are not liable for...
Adverse weather conditions, which may delay the delivery of your shipment. Please note that we make every attempt
to ship your order within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Once we have shipped your item(s) we are not liable for any delays
which may occur through UPS.
Shipping Method
Please note that if you purchase a shipping method other than ground shipping, it does not necessarily mean
that your item will be shipped any quicker. We make every effort to ship the same day that you order, depending on item availability.

Special Order Items
Any items that have to be special ordered from the manufacturer, may require additional fees where noted. Please note, we provide
you with an estimate given to us by our supplier of when this item may arrive in stock. If the special order item takes longer
than the estimate we have given you, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are not responsible for discounting your purchase because
of this. Please note that some manufacturers may fill special orders quicker than others.
International Orders
We can ship anywhere UPS will deliver. Please note that a phone number will be required for this order. BirdDogBowling.com is not responsible for any
import tax that may be imposed on the package once it is delivered. Please check with the appropriate authorites to find out if you will be required to pay a tax. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST BE PAID WITH A MONEY ORDER OR A WIRE TRANSFER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please contact us if you wish to place an international order.
Returning Items
If, for some reason, you need to return or exchange an item, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item to us. If there is an
error with your order, as a result of an error on our part, please contact us. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that if you return an
item to us for a refund, you will be refunded the cost of the item but not the shipping charges that were incurred. You will also be responsible for paying to
ship the item back to us.

Refunding Your Credit Card
If for some reason, we need to refund your credit card account, we will need to get several pieces of information from you.
In order to refund your credit card, we will need the 16 digit account number, expiration date, name as it appears on the card,
