How quick will my order get processed and shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of your initial purchase. All orders made late Friday afternoon, Saturday,
or Sunday will
be shipped on Monday. (This does not apply to Lane #1 or Vise Products, or out of stock items)
Do you sell first quality equipment?
Yes, BirdDogBowling.com sells nothing but first quality equipment. The items we sell are not second hand items or factory blems.
All equipment is sold new, undrilled and unused.
Why are your prices so low? Is there some type of hidden charge or fee?
Since BirdDogBowling.com does such a large volume of sales, our wholesalers sell to us at a discounted prices and we pass the savings
on to you. We offer low shipping costs and do not have any membership fees or hidden handling fees that are found on some other sites.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, your credit card information is safe. We use the latest SSL Secure Shopping, which ensures your information is safe.
I am trying to checkout, why is my card getting declined?
First off, make sure that your billing address listed in your account profile contains the billing address for the credit card
you are
using. If the address listed does not match that of the credit card, chances are that it will be declined. If you are trying to ship
your purchase to an address other than your own, make sure that the shiping address is listed as a separate address within
your account profile. Make sure you have the billing address for your credit card listed as the billing address, while making sure
that you have the shipping address listed as the shipping address and not the billing address. If you continue to have problems
getting your card to be approved, please call us at 1.877.321.BOWL and we can try processing it over the phone.
If I live near the shipping area of the BirdDogBowling.com zip code, can I pick up my items instead of having them shipped?
Sorry, all orders through our website will be shipped UPS. There are no pickups of orders. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
I made my order and in my order history, it says my order is pending. What does that mean?
"Pending" simply means that we have received your order and we are in the process of having it filled by one of our suppliers. If an
item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you and your order status will be changed to "Processing". When your order is
completely filled, your order status will be listed as "Completed".
My item I ordered was out of stock, how long until I will get it?
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you either by phone or email. If our primary supplier does not immediately
have your item in stock, we then contact our secondary suppliers. Due to this it may take an extra day or two to get your order
processed and shipped. If none of our suppliers have your item, we will inform you of a timeframe of when you can expect to get your items.
Please note that some items may take longer to get than others.
