right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice
(including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely
satisfied with your BirdDogBowling.com purchase you may return it with your invoice to us. Please see our Return Policy.
All items purchased through BirdDogBowling.com will be shipped via UPS. NO items will be avaliable for pickup. Sorry, NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Special Requests When purchasing a ball, you may suggest (in the comments box at the checkout) which
top weight/pin location you would like. We make no guarantee that we will be able to exactly match your request, but we will make
every effort to be as close as possible to your request. If we do not have the item fitting your request (or close to it), we
may contact you about the situation. Please note this may cause a delay in the shipping of your order.
Out of Stock Items All Lane #1 and Vise Products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, this may cause
additional time for you to receive your order. All other items are considered "in stock". If for some reason, we are out
of stock on an item that you have purchased, you will be notified of the situation.
Warranties BirdDogBowling.com only offers warranty on defective
bowling balls. If your ball is defective, please notify us immediately. Shoes and bags will only be warrantied through the
product manufacturer. If your bags or shoes are defective, please visit the manufacturer site for warranty information.

Adverse weather conditions, which may delay the delivery of your shipment. Please note that we make every attempt
to ship your order within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Once we have shipped your item(s) we are not liable for any delays
which may occur through UPS.
Special Order Items
Any items that have to be special ordered from the manufacturer, may require additional fees where noted. Please note, we provide
you with an estimate given to us by our supplier of when this item may arrive in stock. If the special order item takes longer
than the estimate we have given you, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are not responsible for discounting your purchase because
of this. Please note that some manufacturers may fill special orders quicker than others.
